TOULOUSE ROSE CONCIERGERIE: WHO ARE WE?

Our story began in early 2022. Mathieu had just bought his first property and, seeing the advantages of short-term rental, decided to take the plunge and create Loft Design. With its tastefully decorated interior and jacuzzi, this family property project was the concierge service's first flat. We're very proud of it, because it's now one of the most liked flats in the AIrbnb community in Toulouse.

Initially, Mathieu decided to entrust the management of his flat to a concierge service. But he was soon disappointed. So he decided to take matters into his own hands and look after his flat himself.

He quickly took great pleasure in welcoming and assisting travellers. After a few months of running the business, it became obvious that he wanted to make it his profession.

At the same time, the quality of his work began to spread, and new owners decided to entrust him with the management of their flats. And so Toulouse Rose Conciergerie was born.

Since then, Toulouse Rose Conciergerie has continued to improve and innovate to make travellers' stays more enjoyable.

That's how Airbnb certified us as a concierge service in Toulouse.

That's also how, at the beginning of 2023, I decided to join the adventure and team up with Mathieu. As this is a family business, Mathieu chose to welcome a long-standing friend to his project.

Today, our concierge service has made a name for itself and we look after more than thirty flats.

We can't thank the owners enough for putting their trust in us, and the tenants for helping us to travel and progress.
