Quickly accessible from the airport (via shuttle), our modern studio in the heart of Toulouse is the perfect place to discover the pink city.

From the apartment, the entire hyper center is accessible on foot and you can also take the metro which is a few steps away.

The apartment is bright, has a balcony (this is currently unfurnished and bordered by scaffolding) and overlooks the courtyard for greater tranquility.

The accommodation is composed of:

- a living room with a dining area, an office space and a large Queen Size bed opening onto a well-equipped kitchen

- a balcony that is not yet fitted out and bordered by scaffolding. But it remains practical for smoking a cigarette or getting some fresh air.

- A separate bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.

A starter kit with sheets, coffee, tea, towels, sponges, etc. will be waiting for you so you don't have to worry about anything.

The apartment is located in the Compans Caffareli district in the heart of Toulouse.

Opposite the apartment you will find the Japanese Garden, a famous green space in Toulouse.

In the immediate vicinity there is also the Palais des Sports André Brouat, the Palais des Congrès, a shopping center with a supermarket (the only one in the Toulouse hypercenter), the Toulouse Capitole University, Place Saint Pierre, etc.

You will also have enough different shops and restaurants (including a McDonalds and a sushi bar).

The apartment does not have parking but you have paid spaces on the street, underground parking or there are also free spaces around the Canal du Midi station (one metro stop from the apartment or 10 minutes on foot).
