Welcome to La Grande Toulousaine, an authentic 130 m² brick townhouse that proudly displays the colours of the South.

Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully designed, it accommodates up to 7 people in a truly welcoming and generous living space, where families and friends can happily gather.

Everything here exudes the Toulouse lifestyle: the spaciousness, the light, and especially that beautiful brick wall that sets the tone. A spacious and functional house, as pleasant to live in every day as it is for hosting wonderful meals.

🍳 Food & Meals

A large, fully equipped and very functional open-plan kitchen extends into a beautiful dining table where eight people can comfortably sit. The wood-burning stove warms the entire space and gives the room its unique character on winter evenings.

🛋️ Lounge area

A relaxation area with sofa, armchairs, television and library, for quieter moments, reading or a movie night after a day of sightseeing.

🌳 Terrace & garden

The ground floor opens entirely onto a large terrace and a small garden, with the brick of the house as a backdrop. A large outdoor table invites you to enjoy meals and drinks outdoors, while children can enjoy their play area: a small climbing wall and a basketball hoop.

🛏️ The rooms

Four bedrooms spread over two levels:

· On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140).

· Upstairs, two bedrooms with a double bed (160) and one bedroom with a single bed.

🚿 Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms: on the ground floor, shower and WC; upstairs, shower, bath and WC - ideal for a group or a family with children.

🧺 Practical side

A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, air conditioning on the ground floor, Wi-Fi throughout the house, as well as bed linen and towels provided.

A starter kit awaits you so you can be operational as soon as you arrive.
